Lovely, friendly, very good with dogs. I have one nervous and one feisty dog and they settled brilliantly. Very good cut and smells good enough to eat when they come out. Can't recommend enough and photos and bows an added bonus

Sam is a fantastic groomer who always makes Millie feel at ease. Millie comes home happy and smelling amazing. At Millie’s last groom she had her teeth cleaned by Sam and I couldn’t believe the difference.
My boy loves seeing Sam and greets her with a waging tail. He comes home smelling fresh, clean and relaxed after his pamper session. She does such a good job. He was a little nervous about the new experience but Sam has been so patient and my pup is growing in confidence each time. She even takes pictures and videos to show me when I collect him. I would highly recommend her.

Sam has been looking after my collie for a couple of years now. It’s a God send, getting rid of all the hair when it’s moulting time! My dog is always happy to visit, I don’t know how Sam does it, I can’t even dry my dog’s feet after a muddy walk - I guess Sam just has the knack! One of the things I appreciate the most is Sam’s knowledge, it’s great and as first time dog owners, she has always been available to give us good advice in relation to our dogs health and well-being. Definitely happy to recommend.
Samantha has groomed our young cockapoo since we moved to Cranleigh in March. She has such a lovely calm and gentle way with him, which has been great for his slightly nervous personality, while also being firm and professional so that he knows to behave! She’s fantastic with him and he always comes back looking and smelling great, and a very happy chappy. She has also been really kind with taking the time to answer our questions about which brushes we should be using at home, and showing us how to clip his claws and avoid the quick - basically hugely helpful whenever we have any grooming questions. She’s also been great with advising on and then executing some different styles with his very poodle-woolly hair, as we wanted to try out a few different looks, which has been fun! I’d highly recommend Samantha, your furry best friend will be in great hands with her.
Sam is simply amazing. She has been looking after our dog for over a year, and we will never go anywhere else! She is kind, courteous, thorough and loves her work as well as our dog! Almost as much as he loves her! He loves going, and he’s so happy to see her. Nothing is ever a problem, she goes above and beyond to make sure your dog has a happy experience and looks amazing (as well as smells amazing!) too. We don’t know what we do without her! I highly recommend her.
Sam is fantastic with our Collie. Our dog loves her time being pampered, so much so we have to drag her away. Sam treats every dog as her own and goes the extra mile to make sure they are happy. Oh, and the grooming is top rate too. Very happy to recommend her services.
