   Called in to pickup personal items from my brother's car after he was involved in a RTA the vehicle was a mess . The young lady who took care of us was extremely polite and understanding very helpful. Her understanding of the situation helped my brother deal with shock of how lucky he was . 10/10

   The breakdown service provided by Ryan at Egerton's Recovery yesterday was excellent. Following an unexpected 'lockout' of my vehicle he was able to open the car when a number of attempts by others had failed and I was back on the road with my young grandson in no time. Very professional service by knowledgeable staff. Didn't have to wait too long either, once LV had called the breakdown in to them. Thanks for your help.

   We've had some great service from them in the past, when they've helped us thanks to our Nationwide Building Society recovery plan. However, I've been sat waiting for a roadside recovery for over 3 hours now, which really isn't fast enough by anyone's standards. Pity, as they have been much better at other times, I guess it's a bit of a lottery what service you get.

   While I appreciate they take the car off the road to avoid any confusion and inconvenience, the truth driver was pleasent, however the lady in the Crewe yard was hit and miss. Could not give us any defined answer, and felt like everything you asked was an effort for her.
