Absolutely disgraceful customer service, they were very aggressive with my hands, they were talking in a different language and laughing at me, so i decided to use google translate to later find out that they were making rude comments about me!! I don’t recommend unless you want to be bullied by the staff.
Love this nail shop. I have been coming here for years. All the staff are lovely and make you feel so welcome. My nails have always been perfect and I get lots of compliments about them.
It's such a shame this place has gone downhill after using them for a very long time. I went in for acrylic nails on a Friday afternoon and nobody was in there while all the other nail bars were totally full this should of been a warning sign. I sat down told the lady what design i wanted only to be told you can't have that design you have to short nails and i should of picked my design at homei dont know what difference that makes so i told her the colour i would like only to be told you can't have that... so basically when you walk in you should ask the rude woman what design she can be bothered to do for you aslong as its a plain colour witha bit of glitter on 1 nail onnly. SAVE YOU MONEY GIRLS GO ACROSS THE ROAD TO A REAL NAIL BAR
Brilliant service, professional and friendly. I've had my nails done in other salons but never to this high quality. To say the guy that did my nails today is a perfectionist is an understatement! My nails feel and look natural. The waxing service again is amazing. When I first had my eyebrows done I expected a quick wax and that's it but no. They waxed, trimmed and plucked, again total perfection. I won't be going anywhere else, highly recommend. Thank you Pink and White you're amazing
Have to say a big thanks to pink and white for this amazing hand painted design, turned up with an idea of what I wanted n within an hour left with this beautiful very reasonably priced full set of acrylics. No appointment needed simply turned up and they wer more than happy to help, very friendly staff and enviroment. They offer a variety of treatments not just nails I myself had my eyebrows waxed for an amazing price and they are beautiful, have to say thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will be returning many more times
