   On Monday contacted or tried to contact the earthing bra branch three times nobody even answered the phone I rang the Wellingborough branch who answered immediately and said they would send a message for someone to contact me later on in the afternoon after we had sore star products elsewhere Nobody from the earthing borough branch even bothered to contact us I did pass on my remarks to Wellingborough who apologised on their behalf this is not good enough

   Tom, Andy and the gang always go above and beyond for me. And I couldn't be happier with the service. I recently forgot to order some materials for a job that I had booked in that morning and despite the fact that they were doing a store wide stock take that day, Tom managed to organise for me to collect half the materials that morning and he would have the other half delivered that afternoon. He really saved me a headache. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

   Ordered some timber from them, for a project at home. Delivery was quick and and the day it arrived I was at work but my partner was at home. Being so used to delivery drivers who just drop it off and go, when asked “where do you want it?” My partner said where is easiest for you but the driver actually walked it down to where we wanted. A credit to himself and to Higgins as he really did go to show that real customer service does exist. I would like to pass on our thanks to the driver who delivered to us and everyone at Higgins. Will definitely go back to them when I need any building materials as their customer service is excellent.

   Fab service every time. Currently renovating a house and have needed quite a few building supplies. They are competitive on price, actually answer the phone (had a few issues with other local suppliers not answering but wont name them) and they offer free delivery. Very happy with Higgins and would highly recommend them.
