We have always had a helpful service and bought lots of useful things over the years! Sad it is to close, a much needed shop.
A great store and I'll be sorry to see this place closing. It's my go to for paint, DIY bits and lighting. I've also had Christmas trees from here for years which have been great value and look fantastic.
No place the store is closing. Staff is beyong useless. Emma, at the till, has provided such a despicable low level of service that I had to take the time and review all my memory on the stop, just so I can say 100% that what she was saying was by far the most outlandish things ever heard by me from retail stores staff. Good riddance!
This Homebase store is closing and it's easy to see why. The store itself isn't the most presentable and I personally feel it's pretty overpriced compared to other outlets. If it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff I'd have given this a one star.
Went here midday on a Sunday. I really liked how quiet the shop was and the car park.. went in, found what we needed and left. No fuss. Didn’t have to wait too long to get served either. Would have been a bit better if there had been any staff around to ask for some help finding what we needed but we managed so no drama. Pretty useful retail park as well.
Went to get white satin paint for celling and walls and a extension rod. Reasonable prices.
Customer service was second to none. Our experience from start to finish was superb. Robert was excellent in store and Louis our kitchen installer was first class. We would recommend buying a kitchen from Homebase Daventry to all family and friends.
Custome service went above and beyond my expectations. I had inadvertently chosen a trolley with a really wonky wheel. A very kind member of staff (sorry didn't note his name badge) spotted my problem and took time out to go and find a replacement. The cashier was also very friendly and helpful. Thank you Homebase for employing such outstanding staff.
Great place but have to admit the wife dreads us going here as there are so many great items to purchase, just a new Christmas tree this time and some more lights for the house…..
