Richard came to fix my Juki freehand embroidery machine and it has never worked better. He is very meticulous, tidy and explained what he was doing while fixing. I now know how to look after my machine better. Thank you so much Richard!

Richard is excellent! My 10 year old Janome machine stopped working, after a quick search online I found Richard. Called him, dropped the machine off that day, and within a couple of days I had the machine back! It's repaired and serviced and it now operates like its brand new! Excellent prices and such friendly service. I highly recommend to all :)
Richard has been incredibly helpful! He came out to service our industrial vintage sewing machine and spent 30 minutes with me teaching me how to maintain and properly use it. Since we have received advice from him. No doubt we will be using his services again!

Richard provides a great service and is a wealth of information. He has always serviced my machine, for its previous owner and the one before that. Now I have several more machines, he looks after those also. A walking foot Seiko, straight stitch Juki and a Brother 5 thread overlocker. All tip top.
My daughter got thread caught inside her sewing machine so it's all fixed. He also showed the offending thread and used a piece of fabric to demonstrate it's working. I've used Richard before and he's great. He just knows sewing machines inside out so he's always busy!
