Helpful, efficient service fixing the pipes in an old coal scuttle, and the easiest invoice payment system I've ever encountered for a trades service - zero hassle, problem fixed, and invoice settled with just one quick phonecall for the appointment and a couple of clicks for the invoice. Really good service.
Flooded our house. Poor communication to fix and repair flood damage (re-plastering the ceiling etc). Shower not installed properly and shower tray not sealed..at all! Pipe work a mess. Loose cistern and wobbly toilet base as this hadn't been bolted to floor apart from one rusty screw in the left hole. Leaking tap. Clumsy installers that scratched the floor in our entrance room and stained the top of furniture where tools were left. I would avoid hiring this crew. I look forward to your response and I will gladly post images of your lovely work.
Excellent firm. Internal gas pipes needed renewing urgently (gas leak had been detected by public company and gas switched off). Assessment and very reasonable quote same day we called them (Friday) and started the job the next working day (Tuesday, because it had been a bank holiday weekend). William and Tyler were great. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend.
Yesterday we woke to a leak from somewhere under the bathroom floor which then migrated to our kitchen, turning our kitchen floor into something resembling Lake Windermere! N Price had previously been reccomended by a friend and so we called upon them to work their magic. And bloody fantastic service too! Louie has been round ours for most of today locating the leak, digging up part of the bathroom, and fixing the problem. What a total credit to the company he is, friendly, efficient and professional. Gotta admit it did look horrendous when the loo was removed and the bathroom looked like a bomb site, but needs must hey? Louie did a great job in sorting it all out, leaving outr bathroom working again, with everything cleaned and tidied up again, and most importantly we don't need to wear wellies to access the kitchen/bathroom anymore. Thanks guys, you gave us a great outcome.
I cannot put into words how much I appreciate their service. My elderly mother recently replaced her faulty cooker and it was installed by Nprice . Really good people.
I always use N. Price for servicing my boiler, as I have had bad experiences in the past, with incompetent engineers. They are so organised, & very knowledgable on all aspects of a heating system. They work very efficiently, & tidy up as they go. Thank You N. Price, & all the team.
Not the cheapest but the quality and professionalism of the work and staff is outstanding. I have been using them for years and would not think to look elsewhere they are also Worcester Bosch agents which as re amount the best boilers on the market. Mine in now 14 years old and as never developed a fault
Nathan and Craig arrived on time. They worked quietly and efficiently as a team. They respected my property and lay sheets down for the walkway. They removed an old boiler and replaced with the make I requested. CH and hot water are back to working well. Denise in the office is super efficient and friendly. I would recommend their company.
My tenants blocked the kitchen sink & so I asked N price (A PLUMBING COMPANY WITH FULLY QUALIFIED PLUMBERS) to conduct a call out & fix the issue. The engineer decided, without my consent, to change the trap under the sink which was totally unnecessary & didn't resolve the issue, just cost me more money. & To add insult to injury, now my laminate flooring is ruined from water damage! The washing machine waste pipe connects to the sink trap & I know realise that the engineer left the piping too low & so waste was backing up into the washing machine as well as the sink. They charged me £106 to basically do absolutely nothing whatsoever. I feel swindled, robbed & duped. I ended up getting a handyman who isn't even a professional plumber & he fixed it straight away using a special flexible drain unblocking drill. How on earth does a handyman "jack of all trades" out shine a PROFESSIONAL FULLY QUALIFIED PLUMBING ENGINEER? He knew exactly what to do, even videocalled me to show me the sink draining & then the water coming out of the piping & into the rear drain. This company does not give a dam about customer satisfaction. I even rang them & they had absolutely no interest in helping out. They just want your money! All in all something that should have cost around£70/80 ended up costing me £201. If you're reading this then I highly advise that you ask a friend for someone honest, transparent & who's trustworthy. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
