   It's hard to find a company you can have 100%confidence in, but since my son and his wife started using city warmth a few years ago for a boiler install etc all their past frustrations with other companies has disappeared, I've had the pleasure to meet Dom a few times now as my son and his wife have been working. From the very start with the boiler install some years ago and services since then, Dom always takes time asking how everyone are, his work is meticulous, everything is attention to detail, he's so tidy and neat, his knowledge is to a very high level.    I used City Warmth for a replacement boiler in my rental property, I had a few issues with getting the planning for this which went on for a few months, I had many dealings with Naomi in the office during this time who was extremely helpful and patient with these matters. Once we got all the necessary ticks in boxes the engineers Dominic and Calvin were completely professional, carring out all of the works efficiently and most importantly were tidy! I would 100% recommend using City Warmth!

   I highly recommend City Warmth! Dominic came to diagnose the problem after I was caught with no heating. After clearly explaining the issue and providing a very reasonable quote he rewired the heating system, and installed a thermostat and new programmer. Very glad I have found a reliable and trustworthy plumber and will be using them again in the future.
