I had a very positive experience at Insley! Everyone from the receptionist, apprentice and dental nurse were all lovely and made me feel at ease! My appointment was with Rashi, she also made me feel at ease and explained everything clearly. My teeth feel so much better coming away from my appointment, I would highly recommend especially if you’re a nervous patient!
From my first contact on a monday morning thebwhole process was made to feel comfortable and reassuring. Add to that a last minute 'fit me in' on Tuesday for further emergency treatment and all I can say is what a superb service. Reassuring throughout with friendly communication and putting me at ease, a great thing for those who dont like the dentist, I can say they cater well for the patient. Many thanks for the great relief from my abcess, a much needed relief. Friendly and profesional support by all; from Jane hosting recption to Rashi doing the dental work, along with all of the support staff, it was a breeze to attend. I would highly recomend them.

I had a great experience at The Insley Dental Practice! The staff are incredibly helpful, welcoming and professional. The standard of care is exceptional and clean. The new owner, Rashi is very friendly, and personally came to introduce herself to me while I was in the waiting room and answer any questions I had about my dental filling. I had been putting off visiting the dentist for months due to previous bad experiences at different practices but at Insley they took amazing care of me. I was put at ease from the moment entered, all of the team were very friendly and welcoming. My family and I have been patients at Insley dental practice for more than 15 years. We have always received fantastic care and attention from all of the staff at the practice. The entire practice: reception, the dental nursing staff, hygienist and the dentists are always friendly and welcoming. All advice given is considered and professional, and when required, treatment options are explained clearly. I would not hesitate in recommending the Insley dental practice to anyone.
I skipped a beat recently when I thought Noreen and Richard were leaving but thankfully they are not. They are both extremely patient and make you feel relaxed whilst having treatment. I do a 200 mile return journey for my appointments which says it all. Thank you for all your care and attention
