“I recently moved to the practice, it is a big improvement than the previous one. I had a scale and filling done along with fillings for my 3 children, I was seen by Dr Samina Ali. The staff are quite friendly and appointments were efficiently booked. I couldnt have had a more pleasant experience as they made me feel compfortable and at ease. My children had experienced anxiety with the previous dentist Dr Samina put them to ease and they had a painless experience.”

“Just wanted to feedback about the level of service and care I received today at Silk dental. It was absolutely exceptional, the dentist and technician both made me feel at ease, not judged listened to my concerns and offered a treatment plan that would hopefully seek to return my teeth to a point of health. The other thing I’d like to point out is the investment in the practice itself - it’s a beautiful space, and so inviting, rather than obviously clinical. All the staff were friendly and patient, and the communication throughout from the initial conversation about re-joining to the helpful reminders left in voicemails, to everything being in an App- just such a pleasurable experience- especially considering the anxiety I had built about going to the dentist. “Brilliant dental practice, my son was under Mr M Mudassar Akhtar and he was absolutely fantastic. He put my son at ease, he explained his treatment thoroughly to him. “Today I had my first appointment with Robin, the standard of care I received was second to none. All of the staff members were so friendly and helpful. During my appointment Robin made me feel completely at ease and told me exactly what he was doing at every stage. At the end of the appointment he talked me through the X-rays and gave me useful tips to prevent tooth decay and gum disease. “Just back from my third appointment & treatment at Macclesfield Dental. I was really apprehensive about having a filling, as I had alot of dental work in my teenage years (braces/extractions and fillings). Those memories were of fairly painful and uncomfortable procedures. I have to say Dr Paris Wong, was genuinely sensitive to my situation and really reassuring. Dr Wong, talked me through every step and took her time, checking in with me throughout.
