   As a very nervous patient of the dentist I was SO lucky to have found Dr Farhana Ali and Amelia, her Dental Nurse. I can’t begin to express how caring and professional they both are. I highly recommend them and thank them both for their kindness and understanding on each of my visits to Silk Dental. Also thanks to the friendly and helpful receptionists.

   I recently visited Silk Dental Practice in Macclesfield and didn’t have a positive experience. During my appointment, I was advised to have a filling that had already been completed previously at another practice, which left me concerned about the assessment. I was also given self-care advice that differed significantly from what I’ve been told by other dental professionals, which added to my uncertainty. I personally found the atmosphere uncomfortable and did not feel at ease during my visit. Based on my experience, I’ve decided not to return.

   I’ve recently joined Silk Dental and wanted to say a massive thank you to the team for looking after me and getting my teeth sorted. From my initial checkup up with Dr Farhana and later appointment to get a filling sorted my teeth are now looking and feeling so much better. Special thanks to Dental Therapist Liliya and nurses Sophie and Beckie also, it’s so comforting to have found a professional and welcoming dental practice, I’d recommend Silk Dental to anyone, they are the best dentist I have been to.

   Just wanted to feedback about the level of service and care I received today at Silk dental. It was absolutely exceptional, the dentist and technician both made me feel at ease, not judged listened to my concerns and offered a treatment plan that would hopefully seek to return my teeth to a point of health. The other thing I’d like to point out is the investment in the practice itself - it’s a beautiful space, and so inviting, rather than obviously clinical. All the staff were friendly and patient, and the communication throughout from the initial conversation about re-joining to the helpful reminders left in voicemails, to everything being in an App- just such a pleasurable experience- especially considering the anxiety I had built about going to the dentist.    Lovely practice. I’ve registered my elderly father with Silk Dental and Dr Farhana and Lydia have such a gentle and patient manner with him- they always make him feel at ease and take time to explain the procedures. The reception staff are always welcoming. Would definitely recommend this practice.

   Absolutely brilliant dentist. I’ve avoided going to the dentist for several years dew to bad experiences previously. Love the experience I’ve had with Silk Dental as they have so much empathy to my previous experience with others and go at my pace and not there’s and so far I’ve enjoyed the experience as they work their way way through my many years of neglecting my teeth and should I say so far I’ve enjoyed going to the dentist Highly recommended to anyone that has had a bad experience with many other dentist in the past Unbelievable statement for me, but I’m actually now Looking forward to the treatment planned for 2023 to finally sort my smile out again x

   I recently registered with Silk Dental Care having moved areas. I felt nervous seeing a new dentist as I had been with my previous dentist for over a decade. I can honestly say that Dr Farhana is the most compassionate, empathic and friendly dentist I have ever met. The level of care she and Lydia provide is second to none. I can't thank them both enough and would highly recommend the practice. Everyone is wonderful.

   Great dental practice with very friendly staff. I had not been for many years due to Covid and they were very efficient in getting me in to have all procedures done. Farhana and Sam are lovely, they make you feel completely at ease and are thorough in explaining everything to you. By far the best dental practise I have ever been to with the best staff.
