    If the young receptionist was friendly, polite and not rude, then I would have giving the practice a 5 star. There is a lady in particular at the front desk that would greatly benefit from a customer service course. This is partly why we do not use NHS dental practice. Management should review and speak to the receptionists on dealing with its customers respectfully.

    Brilliant, friendly dentist surgery. All staff we met from the reception staff through to the dentist and dental nurse were very helpful and professional. We went as a family, so my two boys teeth could be checked too and they were brilliant, especially with one of my sons who was particularly nervous. Thank you also for providing us with a surgery room on the ground floor, as I struggle with my mobility.

    The practice manager Kay Robert is very helpful and personable. She genuinely cares about all the patients at the practice and wants to ensure they have the best experience possible, going above and beyond to help. The dentist are all great and very professional. I recently had an appointment with one of the specialist dentists and it could not have been a better experience, she was fantastic, the pricing was also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
