45 min wait from appointment time for an appointment that took less than 5 mins, rushed through to make up time?. Arrived early so not to waste dental time. Understand there are emergency appointments but no warning of delay means having to cancel other things at short notice. Last visit delayed 25 mins which seems nothing compared to today.
AVOID. This dentist has a duty of care and professionalism, unfortunately they were unable to uphold that on 2 counts. Firstly, the appointment was at 9am, and they were unable to open the doors due to staff lateness, leaving my heavily pregnant wife outside and refused to let her have a seat in the waiting area. Would this be such a burden. Secondly, I get that things go wrong, so we gave the practice manager a chance to sort this out and apologise, however Matthew doubled down on things and does not have the temperament to hold a conversation, which reflects on his overall attitude and lack of leadership for the rest of his team. Just apologise and explain how things will improve. Again, avoid.
Moved to this dentistry from my old dentist based in Leek and I have to say, first introduction they welcomed me in with all smiles. Lovely staff and very thorough as well as explaining how to look and to improve dental hygiene. Shalvi and her lovely assistant Gail made the experience more comforting. Communication was professional and made my experience anxiety-free. Nobody particularly likes going to the dentist but these two are valuable to this dentist. As well as a check-up, they also did a filling that my old dentist didn't pick up on as well as making a mold for a mouth guard all in one which I didn't expect this first time. Cannot flaw anything with this dentist. This will be my regular from here on out.
Shalvi replaced a lost filling and carried out a full check up, including a clean. She is an amazing dentist, really empathetic with a nervous patient. She explained everything she was doing at all times and put me at ease. I thoroughly recommend her and Gail who is her dental nurse
I recently moved to the practice, it is a big improvement than the previous one. I had a scale and filling done along with fillings for my 3 children, I was seen by Dr Samina Ali. The staff are quite friendly and appointments were efficiently booked. I couldnt have had a more pleasant experience as they made me feel compfortable and at ease. My children had experienced anxiety with the previous dentist Dr Samina put them to ease and they had a painless experience.
Both my wife and I have been patients with mydentist for 6 years now and we have always been appreciative and pleased with the service of annual checkups and treatments that's provided to us. Can recommend this surgery with confidence.
Dr. Samina is very good when it comes for any dental treatment for kids. She made both my kids comfortable. She goes out of the way to give comfortable and effective dental treatment.
I went to the Dr. Samina clinic to get treatment for my three kids. My three children were friendly and at ease with Dr. Samina, so they weren't aware of the pain. They initially feared the procedure. But, they are unaware of its completion. My husband and I had fillings done, and they went quite smoothly and painlessly. Thank god we have wonderful good family dentist Dr.Samina.
The place has very friendly staff. The doctor was very professional in her practice and friendly at the same time. The dentist's assistant took time and patiently comforted my scared kid who is easily scared. I'm sure my daughter will be happy to go back to this place for her next checkup. I did a filing for myself and it's done pretty well. They made sure I've a good bite after the filing and it's now 5 months with no pain or irritation. It should last for a long time. The other important thing to me was their punctuality. I didn't have to wait for my turn beyond to committed time. Keep up the good work.
Highly recommend I saw dr Samina for my kids routine check ups (moved over from Mac dental as did not give me an appointment) I was very happy with care given and thorough check up with attention to minor details and the child friendly attitude and support provided my children are looking forward to their next check up
