Dangerous driver! Driver intentionally tried to force me into oncoming traffic while I was trying to merge into lane near the M6. Happened at around 8:30pm on Monday 9th June, van registration AJ66 XOM.
So far it has been over a month and still no answer to email. I am trying to source warranty replacement as we don't have a dealer in the area anymore, unable to reach over the phone either.
Purchased a 1/2 inch flex head long comfort bar. The small head retainer screws keep snapping. Emailed Mac and had a reply asking where it was purchased. I gave them the franchise name. Now 7 weeks later after numerous emails to them, I’ve had no response no help and no replies. Extremely poor customer service I would suggest purchasing from a completely different company. I’d like them to prove me wrong here and sort this. So 2 months have passed since my 1* review and near on 1 year of trying to resolve my issue. NOTHING has been done apart from empty promises via 1 email stating their regional manager will be in touch. Guess what. NOTHING. Goes to show that spending money on “premium” tooling means nothing to this company and once money has been exchanged for a warrantied item, they couldn’t care less what happens. Well here’s an update on my review. Absolutely no response from Mac or the “area Manager” Totally irresponsible manufacturer and management. Stay clear of #mactoolsuk Update 12-2/2025 Spoken to a franchisee and he has replaced the bar for me. I’m not going to change my 1 star review, but I will give Mike 5stars
Can't fault our dealer, turns up every week without fail, cracking deals, great products, and warranty items dealt with fast and replacements normally available there and then or within a couple weeks.
dont use MAC sent tools back for repair on 23rd of june now 16th september still no tools returned shocking service will never buy MAC again

Your website is shockingly bad and useless! All I wanted to do was find a local supplier. No map, no postcodes found, it can even find city or county names! Get with the times!
Website is terrible Facebook page is terrible Need to get with the times and use the website and Facebook / social media pages to show latest fliers special offers latest tools not just photos of touring cars and British Superbikes
