   It's been 2 years since I proposed to my fiancée and almost 3 since I asked Ring to make her dream ring. It's still just as beautiful as when I first picked it up. My partner was quite specific about what she wanted. I had a few inspiration photos. I had visited pretty much every jewellers in Brighton to ask about their collections and custom process. It was a lot of "Yes, we can do exactly what you want at [price]!" It was a little alarming. When I walked into Ring I could tell they were different - the staff were passionate and knowledgeable. They looked at my inspiration and said "Here's what we can do and here's what we can't/what we need to adjust." They gave me advice and recommended different bands/settings for structural integrity. There was no pressure to go ahead then and there, like I'd had from other businesses. I left feeling like I had really been listened to, and that if I went with Ring the ring would be good quality. So I went with Ring! They sent me a sketch to approve, and the ring was ready not long after! It's exactly what my partner wanted - she still raves about it today. I don't think I could go to anyone else now I've had such a brilliant experience at Ring. We're going back for our wedding rings soon ☺️

   We drove over 270 miles to visit Ring and it was well worth the journey. I had quite a bit of jewellery from my late parents that I wanted remodelled and made into a ring for myself. I had emailed a few jewellers asking once the yellow gold jewellery was melted down, could it be made into a white gold ring. Some jellewers didn’t bother to respond. One responded with a blunt No! Where as Ring’s response was very helpful and informative and I knew from that first reply that they were the best choice for what I wanted to do with the jewellery that has great sentimental value to me. We spent a few hours in the shop on our first visit and staff there were very thorough in explaining how it could be done, each stage of the procedure and more importantly made sure they knew exactly what I wanted when designing the ring and that I was happy with it. I left the shop feeling very reassured and confident leaving the precious jewellery in their very capable hands. Just over 13 weeks later I received confirmation that the ring was ready to be collected, so we made plans to make the long journey back to Brighton to collect it, which also coincided with my birthday weekend away. When I was given the finished piece it took my breath away and the tears started to flow. It is more beautiful than I could have imagined. From start to finish the staff at Ring showed patience, compassion and empathy and kept me up to date along the way. I cannot thank you enough for the 5 star service you have provided and I know my Mum and Dad would be very pleased with the finished piece. Thanks again, Deborah Stevenson

   I had rings that my Mum and grandmothers left me remodelled into something more modern. Stuart took my ideas and translated them into two beautiful rings. I can wear the rings independently or to complement my existing rings. I am absolutely thrilled with them. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend Ring Jewellers no matter where you live in the country.

   I am so delighted with the engagement ring that RING Jewellers created for me and my partner. Using my granny’s 3 stone ring, they re-set the stones on a new platinum band. We were so impressed with the service and level of diamond knowledge. Even though I wasn’t choosing a new ring, I felt I had a full ‘engagement ring experience’ as they sat us down and spent time going through options. Would recommend!

   My fiancé bought my engagement ring at Ring in Brighton and Alessandro has been amazing throughout. We decided to get our wedding bands from Ring too and didn't even consider getting it anywhere else. The inscriptions were done by hand and look beautiful. The skill and craftsmanship is of a very high standard to the very finest detail.

   Many good things I could say about these guys, but anyone hoping to design & have made their dream bespoke engagement ring for a partner should absolutely get them involved. I spent a long time looking for the right jewellers to help me bring my sketches to life, and after the very first call with Stuart at RING I knew they were the ones! Very accommodating, understanding & they will get behind your vision 100%. Can only pass on my thanks to Stuart & the team!
