My wife wanted her saffire ring repaired for Christmas, the stone had disappeared & other work was needed so we took it to the jewellery workshop. They did a fantastic job, looked like a new ring. It was done in time for Christmas too. Staff were polite & friendly. Highly recommended.
I couldn’t recommend The Jewellery Workshop more. They remodelled a ring that had huge sentimental value to me into a beautiful engagement ring for my partner, and my now fiancé and I could not be happier with the results! I had a design in mind that incorporated some of the stones from the original ring, along with a green pear sapphire as the centre stone. Everyone at the shop was incredibly helpful in sourcing the perfect sapphire and offering valuable advice that helped me finalise my design ideas. Communication was excellent throughout the entire design and remodelling process. I always felt completely in the loop. A massive thank you to everyone at the shop! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for bespoke jewellery or remodelling work.
I’d taken in a pearl necklace to be restrung. They told me it’d be sent off and may take a few weeks which wasn’t a problem. A week later they called to say it was ready. When collected it was two inches shorter than it should be. I didn’t realise until I got home. It was too tight around the neck to wear so went back and they said they would send it back off. Once collected for the second time, the necklace now measures 16.5” which is right but 8new pearls have been added and don’t match in colour! Very disappointing but if removed it again would only measure 14.5” which is too short/tight.
Amazing experience with my wedding ring repair - my diamond had fallen out and needed to have a claw repair, the lady who served me was very helpful explaining everything and gave me a quote for the repair same day which was very competitive compared to other places I’d visited. I was also pleased to know all the work was done in house and no sending off someone else! Picked up my ring and a couple of other repairs yesterday and I can honestly say I’ll never go anywhere else - You can’t tell the ring has had any repairs at all and was polished to perfection! So glad I went here and so happy to have my beautiful ring back! Thank you!!

I took in a silver chain necklace that had belonged to my Mum that I wished to extend, and from start to finish the service was just excellent. I wasn't sure when I went in how I was going to extend it (i.e. if it was possible to match the chain exactly), but Donna was ever so kind and went through the options with me, really taking the time for me to decide, and was nice and clear on all the pricing. I was kept in the loop throughout the process, and I really appreciated the good old fashioned great customer service that unfortunately seems to be quite hard to find on the high street these days.
I am absolutely thrilled to bits with the fantastic job the team did on cleaning my Tiffany necklace and also untangling another necklace that I had totally given up hope on! Friendly and professional service and very reasonably priced as well. 10/10, would highly recommend!
Decided to have my scrap gold made into a new wedding/engagement/eternity ring and also had a 40 year old signet ring resized (which now looks brand new!).From the very start everyone was so helpful and professional. We worked out the design together and Tony then set about making the ring. I am so happy with the finished result. Especially the Ceylon sapphire being set into the ring, as this was from my broken original engagement ring. Would not hesitate to recommend The Jewellery Workshop for a completely original and beautiful piece of jewellery, which will be treasured for many many years to come.
