   When the band oof my half eternity ring broke, I took it to a local jewellers who quoted me £1600 to "practically rebuild" it. The other alternatives were clamp the band down so I could wear it on a chain or find a replacement; neither of these options were acceptable especially as my husband passed away 2 and a half years ago. Im a keen watcher of the Repair Shop and had seen Richard repair rings with far worse damage than mine. I approached RTFJ giving details of my ring and was told they could fix it for far less than my local jeweller. I posted it by recorded, tracked and insured mail. I received my ring back this morning (12/12) and was highly delighted with the wonderful job Richard and team had done, especially as the band broke away from the jewels and other damage was found. My ring looks far better than when I first received it from my late husband, and I cant thank Richard and team enough for the fantastic work done.

   Richard came to my rescue recently when the main diamond fell out of my engagement ring right before I was due to go away on holiday. Richard and his team were really calm, professional and reassuring and somehow managed to turn around the repairs in super quick time. I’m ever so grateful and can’t recommend RTFJ enough for when you need a jewellery repair service.

   After RTFJ doing a number of brilliant repairs for me over the years, I asked them to make me a ring and necklace. Honestly… I couldn’t have been happier! An amazing job and I am thrilled.    Sadly my engagement and wedding rings no longer fitted due to arthritis in my fingers. Richard was brilliant. He remade the ring into one beautiful band with the diamond set in. It is perfect and I'm thrilled that I get to wear the rings again albeit in a different way. Thank you Richard.

   Richard is a brilliant craftsman and did an absolutely amazing repair to my late Mum's Eternity ring which I managed to damage spectacularly a few weeks after I inherited it. He also enlarged and repaired 3 other rings of great sentimental value. I cannot praise Richard and his team enough and would thoroughly recommend RTFJ.

   My husband and I first met Richard at our wedding venue before we got married. Loved him instantly and knew we'd get our wedding rings made by him. I have since been back two more times, one to make changes to my engagement ring. Richard again went above and beyond and the final product is quite honestly a thing of beauty. He really takes the time to get to know you, what you like and then works with you in mind, always. Most recently I went to see him with my mum. After losing my dad suddenly last year we decided we wanted to keep him with us. Of course there was never any doubt of who we'd trust with something so important. The RTFJ With Me range is simply stunning and the care Richard took with our pieces, letting us witness as much or the process as we felt comfortable with is something that can't be understated. Richard couldn't be more talented (you've never met a bigger perfectionist!) or more wonderful to work with. Whether he likes it or not I'm a customer for life and would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

   Recently had Hugo restore my partners engagement ring when a stone had fallen out, he went above and beyond to not only replace the stone but give the ring (a 100 year old family heirloom) a full restoration. The ring came back looking amazing as if it was new whilst still looking exactly like it did before we gave it Hugo. This is the second time we have used RTFJ the first time was when we met with Richard to have our wedding rings made. Overall we have had nothing less than a perfect experience with both Richard and Hugo highly recommend issuing RTFJ.

The whole experience was fantastic from the initial consultation to being able to see the process of our rings being made.    We were searching for someone that could repair an eternity ring and we remembered seeing Richard's work on The Repair Shop. We met at his studio and were really impressed by the way he took the time to understand what we were looking for and to explain how he would carry out the repair. Richard was able to source matching replacements for broken and missing stones and has made the ring look simply wonderful again. Richard provided an excellent service with regular updates throughout the process. We would recommend Richard without reservation. Thank you again.

   Having seen Richard on BBC's Repair Shop, my partner and I knew exactly who we wanted to make our wedding rings. From the first consultation Richard was incredible - teaching us all of the different materials, stones and cuts and taking the time to understand us as couple and what we wanted the ring to symbolise over and above our marriage. We truly had the best experience with Richard and enjoyed every trip to see Richard as well as watch the rings being made. Thank you again, we couldn't have been happier with our wedding rings.
