   These guys are great, the whole team and every team couldn’t be more helpful, they have been one of my major suppliers for the last 5 years and could not be more supportive to both me and my customers. Of course they don’t get everything right, who the hell does but the way they support post sale issues is second to none I have never once felt let down. Yes some issues are harder than other to resolve but that’s life. If you’re an end user you should be assured their offering is worth the investment, and if you’re considering becoming a distributor, just get on with it and do it you won’t regret it!!

First class service from all departments and responsive when dealing with customer concerns or delays. All the staff are well trained and polite with professionalism being the order of the day and they are our main supplier having proven their reliability and attention to customer services.    As a professional tool supplier I have dealt with Serenco for over 20 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Every single member of the team provide first class customer service, backed by an owner who truly values every single customer. I have dealt with a lot of tool companies throughout my career and you won't find better than these guys! I have noticed one negative review and to be honest I can't understand it, as in all these tears I have never had a single issue.
