   I cannot rate Phimmada’s customer service highly enough. Ian could not have been more helpful and trusting with my issue. I bought a silver ring from their shop which turned out to be the wrong size. (It was a surprise for my daughter). Coming from the Isle of Wight I knew a simple swap was impossible so I contacted Phimmada to order another one. Ian was kind enough to send several of the same ring in various sizes so I could make sure I got the correct size. He trusted me to return the ones that I didn’t need. Absolutely outstanding and unbeaten customer service! I am so appreciative and grateful.

   I’ve slowly bought an entire new wardrobe from Phimmada, not to mention the countless rings I have from them too! The designs for both the clothing & the rings are all so incredibly beautiful, and they’re all so reasonably priced. It’s a lovely business owned by a lovely family, and them & the staff are all so kind & friendly. I will forever recommend them to anyone & everyone! (The hangers in the photo have 3 or 4 items of clothing on each :’D)

   Gorgeous little shop and a lovely lady. Popped in today just for a browse and came out with the most gorgeous dress that was incredibly reasonably priced. The lady couldn't do enough to help and was so kind, the clothing is also lovely quality and the crystals were just stunning, as was the jewellery

   Bought this ring as a surprise for my Mum at Christmas time, in Brighton. Although the size was too big and as we live in Plymouth I thought I was unable to change it. However I was amazed at the speedy response I received (on Christmas day) when I enquired online to the shop to see if there was anything they could do. Great customer service... Within no time at all, I have since received a brand new replacement and am left feeling a very happy customer! 10/10 would recommend Beautiful ring! Thank you
