   I was meant to receive my parcel as home delivery on Monday. The parcel did not come. No update on tracking in the next 3 days. I contacted seller and was advised that there is a big delay due to DHL staff shortage. They advised to collect the parcel. I booked a collection on Friday. I came there 10am and waited 10 minutes to be seen. It then took them another 15 minutes to find my parcel. Since I have booked a collection I would expect the parcel be there waiting to be collected and not me waiting for 15 minutes. So I did receive my parcel safe, but 5 days later, I had to drive there and spend an hour of my time just because something is clearly not right with this depot... The staff was friendly and kind, no blame on them, must be the management and the system is wrong...

   If I could give zero stars, DHL would deserve it. My parcel arrived in Norwich on 27 November and was scheduled for delivery the following day. Instead of being delivered, DHL’s system failed repeatedly. When I attempted to redirect the parcel to a service point for collection, I was unable to do so because of a DHL system error. DHL then updated the expected delivery date to 1 December, only to postpone it again and again without any explanation. This isn’t a minor delay, it signals a lack of operational reliability, planning, and customer communication. To make matters worse, I contacted DHL customer service for clarification and assistance. I received no response. No update, no acknowledgement, and no attempt to resolve the issue. The customer service function appears just as unreliable as the delivery operation. AVOID DHL if you value timely delivery, functioning systems, or any level of customer support. There are carriers who can meet basic standards without hiding behind automated delays and silence. Edit: after 7 days delay, the parcel finally is delivered to the pick up point but DHL can't generate a pick up code, so my parcel is stuck there. Very annoying.

   Absolutley horendous delivery service. No customer support and seem utterly incapable of delivering a parcel assuming they havent lost it the moment it entered the depot. Ive had 3 parcels sent via DHL over the last 2 weeks of which none have managed to be delivered. Avoid like the plague do yourself a favour and just drive to pick it up from the seller. I find it amaizing DHL allow this company to opperate under their brand.

   Avoid at all costs!!! My parcel should of been delivered 28th October, had a text with time slot - nothing arrived, no explanation. I got a new text 30th with time slot, watched the tracker all day as I was 92 delivery, gets to 'your next', 2 and half hours later, sorry your delivery has been delayed. Its now 7th November and still no parcel but constantly get emails saying at depot, out for delivery, van loaded ect every day but still no parcel. Have been in contact with seller number or times and they have been told by DHL they would deliver next day and still doesnt turn up. Absolute joke! They don't reply to messages, don't answer phones.

   Same sentiment as other users. This depot needs a re think in how the general public access the building to drop off parcels. I avoid using DHL because of the strange way the building reception is used for office access and receiving items to ship. Hardly any parking for dropping off and never close to the doors either. Very poor.

   Was notified of a "Click & Collect" parcel ready for pick up with a photo proof it was delivered that wasn't there and hours later received a notification saying it was undeliverable. Didn't hear anything about trying to re-deliver the parcel for 2 days. I tried calling them to speak to someone and the only number available is automated call that hangs up immediately after giving parcel delivery information
