    Went to the cafe for breakfast and no tea available because the hot water machine was broken. Not sure why they couldn't boil a kettle. Had shakshuka eggs, both mine and my husbands were hard. The ladies Toilet was out of Order. I waited For the disabled toilet to become Vacant and a lady came out And Said 'it's not Clean in there'. I didn't bother looking or using it. The clothing department was complete Chaos. I'm pleased not to ever have to go there again.

    Usually good but woman at kiosk for cigarettes should realise she’s in a job serving the public. Her demeanour was unwelcoming and no thank you or yes please. Get another job

    I find customer service lacking generally across many businesses and sectors, for example a Tesco I go into regularly, staff are quick to get their mobiles out and not look up, or smile. First time visiting this store. Today using the cafe Nigel excelled, making us feel valued as customers, gave great customer service, communication and was attentive. This bucks the trend of society really and where great customer service is rare.

    It's clean, what you expect from Tesco. Availability is a big issue here 1pm Sunday. Now they have gypsies in the car park.

    Saturday 25th March , stood waiting for over 10mins waiting to buy euros , no one there and 15 mins late ! The website stated open from 10am but deserted, spoke to a very unhelpful old women at the kiosk and was told i dont know where they are and i have no idea when they will be here , asked that maybe she could inquire with a manager and was told "i dont have time for that" and my request was ignored !!! Awful customer service and how on earth can tesco operate a system where they dont know where the staff is , would not reconmend

    Customer service staff a bit rude which reflects poorly on the store. They should be welcoming and not make customers feel that they are not being listened to.

    It's gone way down hill since this refit. Whoever came up with that check out system needs sacking. With only a few manned old style checkouts available you are forced to take large shopping loads to the new Standard tills where you have to put your shopping on the floor due to not enough space once you have scanned. It's a nightmare, If Tesco think they have got my custom this Christmas they can sing for it . It will be a nightmare, no staff available if you can't find something. An expensive tragic refit.

    Since the refurbishment -Moving of isles,fridges, freezers and introducing trolley self serve tills. I do not enjoy coming here. Unfortunately I suffer with Anxiety and currently battling breast cancer. I like to get in and out as quick as I can but it seems none of your staff manning the self serve can monitor customers whom have large trolleys and still chose to use the basket self serve. It causes long waits for people who just have a handful of items. Today on my visit there was one large trolley and 2 small trolleys putting through shopping on the basket only self serve. And then 2 of your basket self serves were not open. Yet pretty much all of the trolley self serve tills were not in use. So on this trip I took matters into my own hands and used one of those tills so I didn't have to stand waiting longer than I needed. Also due to you adding the trolley self serve you've removed some manned tills which often causes queues down the isles meaning when you are shopping down that end of the store your constantly battling through a sea of customers. It seems you need staff monitoring this especially coming up to christmas.

    Big Tesco store and living minutes walk away helps a huge amount. It stocks food, drinks, sweets, toiletries, clothes. It has a bakery, fish counter, pharmacy and a customer service desk that also serves cigarettes and lottery tickets; if you choose to use either of these. Self service checkouts help if you are in a rush or have picked up the habit of using them and the staffed checkouts are plentiful.
