   Have had previous positive experience but recently not so much. I contacted them about remortgaging, they arranged a call back with me. Date and time arrived, no call. Tried ringing them on that date, no answer. Called the following week and told would get call back, that was a week ago, nothing. Not good customer service. Disappointed.

   I've been dealing with Craig from JBM Mortgages for the last few years. He is a great chap and has helped me out greatly with our first mortgage and also our re-mortgage. He has always been willing to help me at most times of the day, amazing service! He has always been very professional and helpful with my queries and I wouldn't hesitate using him for many years to come. Lee from JBM Mortgages was also very helpful in setting up a life insurance policy to protect my family's interest if the worst were to happen. Thanks for everything you have done.

   I’ve used JBM mortgages twice for purchasing houses and Craig has helped through that transition. Not only has he been available to take calls at basically any time, he is reliable and even though I’ve been strongly recommended to use other mortgage advisors through new build purchases - I always reject and return, due to his sheer professionalism, reliability and patience. I cannot recommend JBM and Craig enough and I’ll no doubt return for any further purchases or mortgage solutions.

   Our Broker Mark was incredibly patient and informative with us through the entire process. We definitely asked for a lot and had a few wobbles and Mark was a massive help every step of the way, we can’t imagine buying our first home without his assistance and fully recommend JBM. We were recommended by our housing developer but everyone we spoke to was in complete agreement to use JBM services for a great experience. Lee was also great in regards to all things life insurance! Lovely guys all round. Overall we were so happy with our service and felt like everyone went above and beyond to help us.

   I've recently completed on my purchase that Craig had been managing for me. I certainly made him work for his money with all the changes that happened, but Craig was absolutely superb throughout and was constantly updating me with the latest information. Can't fault the entire process from JBM as well as the work Lee did with regards the life insurance side of things. Would highly recommend JBM to anyone looking to move.
