   I see this is a regular occurence with Aveh. Here's my tale when I went to return a parcel... Upon entering, you see the scanning machine was in shambles with paper rolls on the floor. Ok, no bother. Previously, I've had problems scanning the QR code because of the angle of the machine, so I decided to use the short code this time; this is where it starts going wrong. The shopkeeper comes out, pushing me to scan. I try telling her why I preferred this to scanning; she huffs and goes off. Then, after I've printed and placed the return sticker on my parcel, she hands me the scanner thingy. I'm not fussed, but she then starts giving out instructions. I haven't read the screen yet because she's talking and expecting me to continue, "then press the yellow thing button", "press, press, press". Whether she's doing it to save herself time, or this is the way it's done now, I'm to fill in the form myself and scan the parcel myself. But, excuse me, can I be allowed to follow the instructions on the screen, or can you (shop keeper) do the needful and show me where I'm needed. If it's the first, let me read, and if I need your help, I'll ask. But as to her mind, I wasn't the expert scanner person on a device I haven't used before,which she's shoved in my face, she became rude and condescending, huffing, sighing and hissing. For what? I'm not sure. But I'm aware they're paid to receive return parcels, and this attitude is off-putting, and frankly unprofessional at least, or reflective of a disorganised ignoramus associated with Evri who believes they can act arbitrarily, after all, what will customers do?

   Would want to give any stars. Shockingly rude, arrogant and unhelpful. Actually gave me grate anxiety after visiting there. Had the old lady shout at me like some sort of witch about removing a label off the printer when trying to return a parcel and that was after she was already very rude to start with. Left me very taken back. Seems to be the case with other staff working there also as another two staff members were the same on a different occasion when I had to rummage for my own parcel in a pile of parcels dumped on the floor in a dirty corner (Data breaches or what) never mind the fact these are things people have brought just chucked on the floor. when I found my parcel they argued about what ID I needed....abit late after they'd sent me to rummage don't You think. Wouldn't recommend using this shop. I'm going to travel extra distance to use another. Can't help but feel I was being treated badly because my race.

   Very rude woman at the counter when i went to return my Evri parcel. Rushing and speaking rudely to everyone. I wonder why they are still Evri collection point. Everyone should avoid this store. Awful!!

   What a disgrace. Wanted to send a parcel back to Amazon. Had it all packaged up, guy wouldn’t accept it and the started shouting at me and telling his other customers why he was shouting at me

   Very rude arrogant shopkeeper, went on a tangent before listening to what i have to say , had to find my parcel myself in a dump! Parcels just thrown in the corner not surprised theyve gone missing , have to dig out own parcel without any help, my photo id not accepted on phone even though copy of passport and someone before me collected a parcel wasnt even asked for id. I was only asked for id once id routed through all parcels i could have left without them realising

   I won't be using this shop to pick my parcels up from ever again. Dirty! The shop owner made me go through the box to find my parcel. I could see all the other customers names and addresses.

   Extremely rude ignorant arrogant and very unhelpful staff. Dropped off parcel with extremely important medication to be shipped via UPS next day delivery. A week later still was not found. Parcel mysteriously lost and store assistant beyond unhelpful!Hung up on me and refused to answer phone when I called back to enquire about the status of the parcel. Parcel not found and their response left me with very little doubt that this was a case of theft. I would very strongly recommend that you do not trust these people when it comes to dropping off parcels!! Also the store is extremely dirty and food sold there is well past sell by date. I would say their store reflects the customer service you receive there. I definitely give a zero and below rating for this place

   I went into the shop to get a few things and there was 1 member of staff at that time he was NOT wearing a mask and coughing none stop the whole time I was in there , after about 3 or 4 mins a second member of staff come in a female again no mask and went behind the counter with the first male member of staff. She then proceeded to open mutli pack of face masks (again not wearing 1 herself) and split them into single packets , this whole time neither of them wearing masks or had cleaned there hand with sanitiser or soap etc. After another 3 or 4 mins a third member of staff (male) come into the shop wearing a facemask but under his nose and when I asked does the staff here wear masks he said yes but they obv don’t. He then proceeded without washing his hands to move things around the shop. At this point I left after taking some pictures. Please see attached photots. so i left without buying anything nasty disgusting shop
