   I had a terrible experience in this store,very unprofessional and rude tall african security.Accused me of stealing something,without even asking he started checking my shopping bag,when he realised i didnt do anything wrong,he just walked away without even apologising.i can see multiple reviews regarding this same security and still can't understand why there is no action taken against him.He is not really fit for a job like that,please tesco authortities,please take some action.

   Rude security. Outrageous how they make every customer feel like a criminal. I scanned a bottle of wine and straight away the security came and was waiting behind me not saying anything. I excused myself and asked for a bag. The guy said “ You scan, scan…after” in a rude way. When i showed my ID he said “ is this your sister’s ID? And laughed in a mocking way. Considering the bad reviews, why there is no actions towards this? Tesco should be ashamed

   The cashier, who appeared to be an older woman of Indian origin, was very rude and angry with me when I pointed out that the price on the barcode was different from the price at the self-scan. She said it is my duty to manually enter the barcode number. I went there to pick up an order for delivery, but this incident made me so uncomfortable that I canceled my delivery. Feeling very disappointed. Guys, please beware of her.

   Today I will leave here only two stars because every time when I’m going to buy something from bakery, they every time don’t have bags. Few days ago I went to buy some croissants and they don’t have any bags. I ask the security guy and he told me: “Look there!”. On the floor was some plastic bags. I think is not ok to use them when they are on the floor. Today I want to take four croissants with chocolate and four donuts, but there are no bags again. I ask some stuff if is possible to bring some bags, but that lady told me: “Today we don’t have more bags. We ordered, but we finished them already. If you want, you can come tomorrow.” At least, I take four croissants in my hand… Two stars because the croissants are good, but an attitude like that deserves only one star.

   03/11/2022 16:05 Just went pick up bottle of water with my puppy in hands and I been kick off from your store ! Where is signs !!! My doggie was in my hands not running around the shop ! Absolutely rude ,unprofessional security men eating eggs in work place !!! When I ask him did he aloud to eat at work place I been told is his choice !!! So my choice then to come and buy the water!!!!!!
