Had an issue today with something I bought and the guy was nothing but polite and handled it professionally.
My partner has just moved in so I started using this shop. On three occasions this week.. because I've paid card/ via phone and not looked I've been over charged buy nearly £5 each time. Watch the till. I'd just avoid
Terrible customer service , the owner of the shop told to my dab that she can chose her customer , I was spending 100-200£ every week there and today 16/01/2024 , my Dad pop in there to buy something and he don’t speak English , he told me thy make him country man because he didn’t not speak English to the employees , the owner is Romanian women. She is was very rude and unprofessional taking to my dad ….. my Dad have 53 years old … she most to be nice and patient with old people ….
Terrible servis. They didn't want to take my parcel couse is too big (but it wasn't) and next time they cannot serve me. 0/10 ⚰️
Used this Store as Evri pick-up and the services was terrible. Owner stinks of pride. They happily communicated in a language they understand because they don’t want you to catch up with whatever they were saying. Complains was made and the owner gladly told me to not come back. I was very surprised!.

If I could I'd leave 0 stars. New owner very rude and dismissive for no reason, no customer service. AVOID!

THEY ARE BREAKING CORONAVIRUS RULES! I have reported them to the police, I hope they'd listen but they still haven't listened. None of the staff wear masks and neither do none of the customers. Young and fit people walk in, no mask, no question. You can not expect me to think that out of the hundreds of people walking in there, they are all exempt? This is the last time I will visit. The shop owner was literally coughing his guts outs and it was disgusting and scary. I had to run home and literally wash myself with alcohol. They do not care about vulnerable people in this community and should be fined and closed. They are actively spreading the virus.
Incompetent workers and probably owners of the business. Nothing relating with customer services on the shop. Mosley using for parcels, but every time something not working, asking for 3 time for prof of identity. Or is no paper or come on next week or or or... Just frustrating shop never put as a pick up location.
