Had a locksmith come out today to sort out my partners key as he lost his original key, we then found it and when we explained that we had found he said he could just use it to help make new one. Couldn't fault his polite manner! Explained what he was doing as he went along, Amazing service. Thank you. Would recommend
Super fast response from the control room and the locksmith. The locksmith prioritised getting me back into the car as we were catching a flight. He was also brilliant at pulling bags through from the boot as the seats were designed not to release without the electronic key. Going home and back for the spare key would have added 6 hrs driving to our day and we wouldn’t have made the flight. Thanks guys for a great job !

Needed to make a claim for lost car key on my car insurance and Soter were the handling company, acting on behalf of my insurance company. Claiming was easy with a quick phone call and they kept me informed by both text and email and gave me a claim reference number. A locksmith was organised the same day of my claim and came out to my car and provided me with a fully working new remote car key! Great service, very happy!

These gents spend all day driving up and down the country to make sure you can get back into your car. They were professional, punctual and kept me informed the whole way. 20 mins after they pulled up in their work van to get a brand new key coded and made. Fantastic
Lost my keys on the beach during a family holiday. The person on the phone was very helpful and sent someone to me within 2 hours. 1 hour after that I had 2 keys and the holiday was back on track, to my great relief. Great service and a small cost to avoid a total holiday disaster, especially considering I was 300 miles from home. I highly recommend this service
The Locksmith attended to our car within the estimated time given. He was very helpful and assisted us to discover that we needed a different key for the door aswell as the ignition. We had a spare door key cut at a cost of £ 30 which we were pleased to pay for and have sorted everything we needed to at the same time. I have been very satisfied with the speed of service and the expert advice we received.
