   Appalling customer service which involved two phone calls from us asking why our policy went up by £242. The two people who answered our calls had no idea why and the people they put us on hold for in order to ask, were not available. Both promised call backs which have never happened. We have changed our insurance provider.

   Have phoned them 5 times in the past week, still not managed to speak to anybody, despite being on the phone for about an hour each time. Terrible call centre.
