   Very friendly female staff member both on phone and when I entered the premises. Looked very clean and organised. Unfortunately the frozen meat I purchased was abit grey when defrosted, even when I scraped the top layer off. It was discarded. Did not smell bad but my puppy wouldn't eat it. Maybe this was a supplier issue.

Cymru Pet Suplies were in the right place at the right time and were very friendly and helpful and had a good choice of leads. The one we bought is now kept in the car in case!
