Great items and toys and food. Snacks are readily available for pets. Slightly expensive and off beaten track in new location, moved from town centre, just over a year ago at top of hill Pensarn behind Morrisons Supermarket.
Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. Young lady took the time to explain pros and cons of different types of harnesses. My dog loved the treats I bought and I am looking forward to taking my dog into the store for a harness fitting as her current harness (bought online) is not a good fit. I would definitely recommend this lovely little shop and friendly, helpful staff!
besides the quality of what they sell here it is the lovely staff that shine through .. i even brought my bassets to meet them. Always smiling , which in these corvid times is a pleasure to see and will assist you in what you might need.
Amazing service as always but today was exceptional. Took our 13 week old puppy in to meet them and get a perfect fit harness and the experience was great. Staff are lovely and we love to visit.
Must admit we did not know this pet shop was where it was, but we are glad we found it. We're looking for a harness for our rescue dog that had a front mounted D ring. The lady that served us was knowledgable, very helpful and pleasant, her colleague was also. She fitted a harness and ensured it was adjusted correctly. Offered to let us try walking the dog around outside and to ensure it fitted well. Excellent service and we will defiantly be using this pet shop again. Thank you very much.
