Good store for quick shopping visits. Have all the basic essentials.

Extremely rude staff, they bared my partner because he didn't realise at the time that he hadn't scanned something correctly on the self serve till and even after he went back in and said that he would pay for the item they wouldn't let him. Instead they just bared him which in my opinion is disgraceful especially considering that he's been shopping in this coop for 20+ years now. Go to Aldi, it's only up the road and we go there instead now. We've saved a fortune and there's a lot more choice. I will never use this shop again.

This is the worst shop in mk by miles advertised coffees etc but when you go to the shop they only keep cheap alternatives and tell you they can’t keep large or expensive items as shoplifters like them so everyone paying must accept dhite the shoplifters won’t steel not the best business idea

Tell Chris to stop chatting to his friends and do his job. This Co-op is a joke. Rarely any stock on the shelves and it takes them HOURS to load Starship robots when they aren't even busy. The issue is clearly incompetent, lazy staff.

Homeless guy with dog outside constantly being aggressive and making everyone feel uncomfortable. Staff are usually rude. Avoid, Aldi is up the road, I'll be either going there or to Tesco from now on.

Gone way past opening time still shut they get paid for the hours so ridiculous they even close 20 mins early some days. Worst co op in Milton Keynes should close become tesco. There not even worth the star but can't post without it.

Went in this store for the post office staff were efficient and helpful.

This Co-op needs some proper management. Staff are always 'around' or walking past you but never seem to really be doing anything. There seems to be 3 major issues: shelves are not being stocked, starship orders are not being fulfilled and customers are not being attended to. Very often there will be one staff-manned till open and that till will always be the one furthest away from the self service checkout console. So when a customer requires approval or help, all they can do is try to get the attention of a staff member because no attention is paid to the self service tills or the console. If you wait for help, you will be waiting all day. Several times I've given up waiting/trying to get someones attention and just given up, most of the time with staff members walking past and ignoring me.
