   In the last few months, the Evri label machine has been out of order. They don’t seem to be bothered about it and just keep sticking new labels saying 'Out of Order.' What’s the point of having an Evri drop-off point if it never works?

   This is mostly for the Evri experience - Staff constantly asking every time i pick up my parcels "am i sure i got an email saying its here". Yes.. thats why i came in and showed you it as I asked for the parcel -_-. In regard to the store - Overall very robotic, automated people. Not exactly friendly in general: everyone looks miserable doing anything around the store, heaven forbid you ask a question to find something. Just disappointing really.

   Worst experience. Came to pick up my package and they don't even have their phone on charge for collection. I had to wait forever. Also the Internet never works for evri parcel drop off too. If it was once I would not complain. Every time it's one thing or the other. People are also very inefficient.

   Good staff..nice store but really not covering the range that the local Co Op has near it.. However the store has a better feel to it staff much better then the Co Op Self serve tills are problematic..:( And who decided to move the baskets away from the door as you enter the store .. you now have to look for them and guess what they are near the till - go figure..:(

   Very limited range and can be very expensive. The cheapest ordinary flour in here yesterday was McDougalls at £1.85. In the Co-op they had their own brand at about 80p.
