   Wow I had no idea that they had so many RSPC aassured and Red Tractor assured meat fish and dairy. I only went in there as I was close by. I bought so much. The lady at the till was fabulous so it was a delight experience, Thank you.

   Excellent store. By far, the best Lidl I've been to for size, range of products, price etc. "Lidl in the middle" was huge and had loads of offers, way too many to list kaside from mens groomer/shaver £17.99 - Air fryer for about the same price too) As always, I gravitated to the 'End of the working week' section. Great range of beers at incredible prices. Really pleasant staff and a really good store.

   I love this Lidl, it’s spacious and modern looking. Parking spaces be real big too and there’s a lot of it. Yummy bakery, toilets and the staff are very nice here. Some of the trolleys get hair stuck in the wheels or something and they don’t roll. But most of them are fine.

   I was served at a checkout (not self-service) by a staff member, who identified herself as Laura. After completing my purchase, which included a 7.5kg bag of potatoes, scanned my Lidl Plus app to pay for my items, as is my right. However, shortly after, I was stopped by a security guard, who was black. (I don't have any more of his details so I have to use that word sorry if it's offensive)Unfortunately, despite asking multiple times, he did not provide his name. He demanded to see my receipt, but as I had not used the self-service checkout, I was not obligated to show it. I politely refused, explaining that I wasn't required to show the receipt. I even stated that if necessary, he could call the police, or I would be leaving the store. At that point, he physically blocked my exit with his body, which I believe to be unlawful. This escalated the situation unnecessarily. I asked to speak with a manager, but the security guard was uncooperative and instead asked me, "Are you the manager?" The staff member, Laura, who had served me, initially denied having served me at all, but then quickly changed her response and said she did serve me, although she offered no reason for the confrontation. When I pressed Laura for the security guard's name, she refused to provide it. I again requested to speak to the store manager, but she claimed she was the manager. When I asked for the main store manager above her,she refused a few times but finally she told me the manager was in the store and instructed me to speak to him. However, when the store manager finally appeared, he immediately focused solely on Laura's version of events, without acknowledging my side or offering any assistance in resolving the matter.

   Good location,lots of parking spaces and getting around the store is a breeze with quite spacey isles.Selection of foods and goods is variable from frozen to kitchen appliances,hand tools to sport accessories.Needs maybe music to have a better experience but good outlet regardless _kg1production.

   Good supermarket only gave 4 stars as I went at 3pm on sunday and most the shelves where empty. I know it's close to closing but why say open till 4pm if you have nothing on the shelves? So Ill be going earlier next time

   Very pleasently surprised. I had never been shopping in Northampton before and this was just what I needed. I managed to get everything I wanted and even found some reasonably priced bedding plants. Compliments to Lidl.
