    As someone who struggles to accept the conditions of my hair and rarely show my hairline/condition of my hair, I have never felt more comfortable, welcomed and cared for, all of the staff are lovely, they take time to listen to your concerns and act according to your wishes.     Asked for help with colour as wanted to return back to natural tone. In October, a lady took three strands of hair to test. I was told id receive a picture with the result. Nithing received for 3 weeks. I sent a direct message on FB. Limp apology followed by picture of 2 strands if voloured hair. I asked when I could pop in and discuss. Again, no reply. This went on for another 4 weeks. I then sent another message saying I would pop in to collect strands. Msg received saying they had thrown them away!!! Was upset by this. Was told to go in and they would take more. Declined this and said I would go elsewhere as was starting to feel like a nuisance. No reply. No sorry. No attempt to repair the letdown of customer service. Said I would take my customer elsewhere. They didn't care. After over 10 years of going to the salon this was really upsetting. Will not visit the salon ever again. Should not take 3 months to get to speak with a hairdresser. Francescos congleton were amazing. Did exactly what I asked for and were really attentive all inside of 2 weeks being let down by Jonathan belfield.

    I am very anxious about going to the hairdressers in general but even more since covid. The staff could not do enough for you to accommodate every person's needs. I was offered quieter times and a separate room. Julie Anne was amazing and did a great jobs! I love my hair! Considering how nervous I went in I booked straight back in before leaving! I highly recommend and especially for anyone who's anxious or nervous! Thanks!
