   Come here every weekend. For small shopping it’s fine, but for big shops it’s probably not worth it. The more card for a start does absolutely nothing. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten money off or any benefits from the more card. The prices are similar to those of other shops but with added annoyance with the temperamental scanners which for the last few weeks have said “unexpected item in bagging area”, and if it asks for your id it takes a while for any staff to come to you. It usually has most of the items I want, but I’d much rather go to Tesco or Sainsbury’s if they were any closer to my area.

   The stock in store is always a mess or empty in some parts. I would not praise this store on cleanliness or organisation, plus I noticed one of the security gates at self checkout was snapped clean off. Staff did not seem to be taking much notice, but I guess that will be a hit and miss depending on what time it is. No running water on any taps in the ladies toilets, and the doors apparently dont fit the frames on some cubicles. So, pretty bad. You would be better off going to tesco.

   Going well now second week going to Tesco's great customer service. service at Morrisons westcroft has really gone down hill this is due to being very understaffed always long queues constantly empty shelves. I do not enjoy shopping there! this is my local supermarket but I have started traveling further and going to Tesco now they seem to care about there customers more

   I ordered a buttonhole for a wedding I was attending on 2nd August ...spoke to a lovely florist Tracy who asked me what I wanted, I gave her details and she arranged to have it ready on the Saturday.. when I collected it I was amazed at how lovely it was, Tracy had left me a note to say she had come into work early to get it done and even explained what side to wear it on. Brilliant service over and beyond.

   I recently visited Morrisons for my weekly grocery shopping and was extremely impressed with the overall experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a great selection of products. I was able to find everything on my list, and even discovered a few new items that I am excited to try. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, and I was able to get all of my questions answered. The checkout process was efficient and the prices were competitive with other supermarkets in the area. Overall, I highly recommend Morrisons for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience."

   I like shopping there as I go in my lunchtime and you don't have to wait long at the till or the self-service tills. But trying to get hot food from the back is a mission as there's never anyone around. This is lunchtime! People want food! And people need to go back to work!

   I went last week and had the breakfast there. Not very nice at all. Mushrooms undercooked. Fried bread and fried egg although cooked perfectly taste of old oil couldn't eat it. Today went and had the Christmas 3 courses. 1st course was nice but only 1 slice of toast. The Christmas Dinner, was not nice at all, the turkey was crumbling in to tiny little square pieces, stuffin was like concrete, potatoes well we won't go there! Brussels were a weird green colour but were OK and the mash tasted like hospital mash. It was that bad it was funny. The desert was good though. Will explain why the cafe was empty on both visits. For a little cafe you don't expect to get 5* meals but I would of been embarrassed to serve that up Don't think we will be back there anytime soon

   Decent variety of house hold goods with prices to match, friendly staff at hand for any queries you might have. They are currently going through a renovation so a lot of items are not in their normal place (or not out). The new isles are longer plus the goods/items are easier to see and reach in my opinion
