Must say since the business seems that has changed owner. A lot of changes were made and I live the shop now. Great customer service, positive environment, quick service… great products added… will be buying more going forward to support the change
I have used this store for a number of years mostly for parcel drop offs and Amazon returns. There’s one guy there that’s usually quite pleasant, however take man/lady I dealt with today were awful. Definitely will be avoiding in the future
good shop. assistant was really friendly. good price for pre-mixed cocktails. beer is 2 for £5. sells basic stationery for posting. will be back!
I've only ever went here for posting parcels but the PO branch in there closes early so I'm always served by the off licence staff. The man behind the counter has been very helpful and polite every single time I've visited.
Minimum card payment of £5. It's 2022 hardly anyone has Minimum card payments these days. This has actively put me off using this shop to buy a cheap drink etc. Scrap your Minimum card payment please.
Worst off license I have ever been. They seem to be very unhappy working there. The service is very bad they open late and close early. Not much variety of thing you can buy. And most importantly they do not know what means customer service.
The people who serve (they cover the post office too) are lack luster and not very customer oriented. I turned up today 945am to joing the queue to send some parcels and the guy arrived 10:05am, leisurely opened the shutters and locked himself in, two minutes later the younger, female assistant arrived to be let in. They eventually opened 10:10am There is never any customer interaction or please, thank you, hello or goodbye. The post office should move out of here and over to Westcroft in one of the empty units.
