I have been taking my boys to haven vets ammanford for thr lat 11 years or so. And myself and my furry babies have always been in good hands . I lost one of my furry babies last October bless him. Myself and my baby boy was looked after with great care even though I still miss him beyond words can say, he was well looked after..
Quiet, pleasant and Dr. Ffion was wonderful with our good boy's first checkup. Especially with him being a rescue and a bit anxious, her calm, kind demeanour was very much appreciated. Zulu and I will certainly be visiting again and possibly signing up to their health plan.
We moved to this area a year ago and tried/interviewed different vets as we really loved our previous vet and had been with them for 10 years! This vet we really like and our dogs especially love Ffion! So we highly recommend them and having more than one branch is really helpful. Dobby especially likes the liver paste!
Ffion was amazing with our cat Trixie. Professional, knowledgeable yet kind and caring. Everything you'd want from your vet when your pet is unwell. Couldn't fault her or the other members of staff. I am now switching to this vet for all my pets needs.
Recently, I found the service not up to my expectations, feels like a cash machine operation with the last vet I saw. I won't be using them in the future. Very average service.

Haven Vets has looked after all our pets over the last 26 years. In them I trust to do the ring thing when needed.. Excellent staff, always willing to go the extra mile.
This is a really good Vets practice. Not quite so easy with the covid restrictions, but that doesn't detract from their good service. All the staff I have met here and at their other surgeries are really helpful and caring. Pricing for treatment is very reasonable as well.
