    Our little elderly yorkie became very ill yesterday, we werent registered with a vet but were seen immediately. The receptionist was so kind and caring and Danail the vet was very compassionate caring and respectful towards Floyd who sadly had to be euthanised, and to us in our grief. He gave us much needed time to say goodbye. Thankyou both for helping us and Floyd at a very difficult time.

    DANIAL and the team at Bush House are so kind and supportive, I can recommend anyone to leave their pet in their capable, safe hands. I love my 3 cats and want the best for them all, one of which has a long term condition"stomatitis" and Danial and his team has treated him for 3 years which has given my cat a good quality and pain free life.

    I volunteer for a national dog charity as a foster mum. Mark and everyone at this practice have been so instrumental in the care of all my fosters and 3 adopted dogs. Sadly we had to have my staffie put down last year and two weeks ago we had to make the same decision with my adopted girl Roux. The patience everyone showed my girl was second to none, she had major behavioral issues and in the end CCDS. She was by no means an easy dog, esspesially when in a vets! Mark took the time to put her at ease and treat her with kindness and dignity at every visit! I cant thank you all enough for what you do, be it an initial health assessment of a little one that's never seen a vet, or the end of life care. Thank you. Xxx
