   My husband went into the shop for me to post an order that was on ebay. He got the label, via machine in shop. This was then scanned by the shop keeper. (No reciept given, as was told it wasn't needed). Royal mail never got the parcel. I contacted the shop to find out what had happened, and had the phone put down on me. I now have had to pay the money back to the buyer. They have not been at all helpful, and i am the one who has lost the money. Very unhappy.

   I had popped in to do a return with my small dog. The man asked nicely can you take your dog out. I said one minute as I’m carrying a parcel and trying to hold my dog. He repeated himself 3 times louder to which that was not required. Rude and disrespectful. I said no need to be rude and he slammed the door shut. (Btw my dog is a tiny well behaved dog) I’ve been to other stores where staff advise nicely.

   Had a very positive experience at this place. Was in the line and an old lady decided it was her day to be VIP and cut the line. I didn't say anything but after she was served the shop assistant apologised (he had nothing to apologise for). However karma was served as the lady soon had her card swallowed by the cash machine.
