Had an amazing experience with Emma today! Absolutely lovely lass, great energy and very kind. I went in for a restyle and a conditioning treatment, and the whole salon was just really positive and calming.
Jess has been doing my hair for a while now, I can’t tell you how happy I am with my hair, we’ve been doing a colour correct, with has been slow but that’s what I wanted and the colour and health is just lush! Such a lovely girl, and I can’t thank her enough! Highly recommend
I was really disappointed with my experience at this salon. I clearly asked for a refresh of bright warmer blonde (I went in with bright blonde hair) and said I don’t like ash tones, but I left with a colour that was darker, cooler, and very ashy, nothing like what I requested, my hair looks grey. When I raised this, I was told it must be my home hair products (though I left the salon with this colour) and how often ‘ I should’ have my hair coloured, despite having coloured my hair every six weeks for 14 years with no issues elsewhere. What was meant to be a treat has left me needing to pay another salon to fix it. They only offered for me to come back after implying it was my fault, and didn’t offer any partial refund despite the incorrect toner and invisible highlights I paid for.
Jess was absolutely amazing she took her time, made sure I was happy. I've recently had surgery and didnt feel like myself and came in got a blowdry shes made me feel amazing! Ivor is very lucky to have her and I wish her the best of luck in her qualification! Thank you so much Jess!!
I’ve been to the salon before, but this was the first time Sam has done my hair, and he was brilliant. He listened, got everything just right, and gave me helpful tips along the way. For the first time in ages I finally have hair that I feel really comfortable in, and that feels amazing. On top of that, the salon has such a welcoming atmosphere (and great coffee too!). I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend both Sam and the team. Thank you again x
Hair looked amazing afterwards. Just didn’t appreciate the side comments about before my hair was. He made little remarks about my hair which I honestly felt a tad uncomfortable about. It was a great experience just his comments about the state of it was off putting.

They use luxurious, ethical products that are cruelty free. I have been using Ivor for over seven years and I ALWAYS leave feeling like a million dollars.
I always go to Sam to have my hair cut or coloured. He is, by far, the best hairdresser I have had. He always works with you on what you need and makes sure you leave looking great.
A fantastic husband and wife team. It's like going to a friends with the added bonus of walking out with fabulous hair. Even with covid-19 you feel safe as they not only follow the covid guidelines they go the extra mile to make sure you, they and all their customers are protected and safe.
