I attended Planet rock Rockstock weekend. Caravan comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Great location for beach walks and exploring Porthcall. Overall caravan park well kept, with a choice of places to eat in and takeaway. Would have loved a gym but plenty to do for kids
Caravan was cleaned and spotless upon arrival. Everything was working and provided for us. There was no issues and the staff were very helpful. Stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every second of it! We ordered a mega vegan breakfast and a vegan breakfast from the boathouse and it was so delicious
Our family has visited several Parkdean resorts over the years, and this location ranks among the very best. The setting was picturesque, the staff were consistently welcoming, and the range of amenities and entertainment made for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Although we visited during the Easter holidays and this review comes a little later than planned, the experience remains fresh in our minds. I’d especially like to commend two outstanding team members — Emma and Kelly — for their exceptional service. Upon checkout, we accidentally left a bag behind in our accommodation. Both Emma and Kelly went above and beyond to locate it, carefully pack it, and ensure it was returned to us by post. Their professionalism, kindness, and dedication were truly appreciated. We’re incredibly grateful for their support and look forward to returning in the future.
Checkin with Stacey was very easy and she explained everything we needed and answered all the questions we had. She was brilliant. The location was nice but a bit noisy as we were close to the music being played at night. Unfortunately the weather was bad all week which couldn't be helped so we weren't able to enjoy the outdoors experiences but the pool was fun even if the slide was out of order. We had some matinence issues most of which were fixed swiftly after raising the issue but we had lights out in the main living area which weren't fixed. Overall we had a lovely stay.
The entertainment team are honestly one of the if not the best team we have experienced at all the sites we have been to. They were amazing with our 2 year old. Pop fuzz and Kelsey were 2 of the best holiday entertainment shows we have witnessed in 15 years according to my dad and they go abroad to big holiday resorts 2/3 times a year Tots week was amazing so much to do and the troupers were great with all the kids
This place is amazing! The caravan was HUGE and beds were unbelievably comfy. It was completely spotless and had everything we needed and more in! The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful and the bar and entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic! There are 9 places to eat there so loads of choice! We had the fish and chips which were lovely and not expensive. The swimming pool was awesome too! Really pleased with this venue and staff, highly recommend!
Our first time using Park Dean, won't be bothering again. Advised friends not to bother booking with them. Spent our holiday 4 day break to tired to do anything. The park was somewhat clean, caravan was dirty. Had to clean it properly before my holiday started. The children enjoyed the arcade, some of the Christmas bookings they had were a bit naff. The food at the boathouse amazing! The panto was really good. But what let it down more than anything was the some holiday makers there, partying until 3am no matter how many times we reported it still kept happening. And the rascim I witnessed for my neighbours who were staying there. From other holiday makers. Witnessed and reported. So nope not a good experience, reported and offered 25% discount. And to be honest just isn't good enough. Won't be taking any offers to stay at park dean again. I really do not recommend Park Dean! My views and opinion only!
Stayed in a caravan with my daughter, Gdaughter and my dog. The caravan is meant to be an 8 berth but tbh it's suitable for a maximum of 6 people. The bedding was very clean tho there was a fair bit of dust and 'stuff' by sides of fridge and around edges of the bathroom. There's plenty of cooking equipment and we were only a 5 minute walk to beach and to the entertainment area. It's obviously had a good amount of money already spent on the place. The beach is quite small but very good and has rock pools as well as a good sandy area. We had an enjoyable stay even though you have to pay extra for different activities. We would return but book a better caravan to stay in with more comfortable beds and hopefully no drunken women staying in the van next to us! ☺️
Fabulous the changes that have been made are great. The only thing we found difficult was bingo due to noise levels when your sat on tables by the disabled toilet or the upper balcony the opposite side its difficult to hear. The entertainment was great the musical show was amazing wow can Sofie and Amy sing amazing talent there Our lodge Pines 29 was absolutely beautiful great view so warm and quiet and very spacious Overall the holiday was 5 star thank you for making great memories The Botts
I have been to trecco bay many times in the last 20 years. I had never encountered any issues on the park during my visits. Staff are friendly and entertainment is great including the next live hub. The addition of the coveted section this year really adds to the entertainment and dining experience I would recommend this as a great family holiday.
