Floods in far left corner during storms check the weather forecast for high rainfall ass access road is prone to flooding. Squeaky clean. Only walkable pub is a Harvester. Handy to drive to the coast. But not an easy cycle ride nor walkable. So caravans better than campervans on this site. Campervans are welcome. Narrow bridge at both end of access road.

We spent 4 nights at the gowerton in our touring caravan. Easy access to site. Toilet block very clean and well kept. Dog walk was amazing and our little dachshund loved it. Peaceful site. My only criticism would be that you had to walk to entrance to get rid of your rubbish, but would definitely return.

Second time we have stayed here and had a lovely time, very clean facilities and welcoming staff. It is so central to so many places we were only here for 4 nights so spent all our time on Gower. Recommend Langland brasserie and super Sunday lunch at Oxwich Bay Hotel, if you want extra special food experience try Beach House Oxwich it's sublime. Only comment about Gowerton site is maybe a second toilet block could be considered ,when it's at full capacity there's sometimes a wait for showers but don't let this put you off.

Definitely don't go on pitch 102. This seems to be a pathway for other people on site. Having people walking on your pitch right next to your vehicle is not great. Shower block is quite dated. Unusual very tight bridge access coming from the west.

Very quiet site shower block is spotless and the site itself has very good well laid out pitches / could do with a on site shop and a small clubhouse with a bar...this is the way the vast majority of sites are going these days.

Lovely clean site, great showers. Hard standing pitches also grass pitches. Very well kept great wardens. Location is brilliant for the Gower, shopping in Swansea or Llanelli. Huge park just around the corner for the children. We'll worth a visit.

It's OK. Been to better C&MC sites. The arrangement of barriers means that if you want to use the motorhome service point you have you go out through 2 and back in again. The exit barrier area isn't particularly wide. It would make more sense if the exit barrier was automatic. The removal of all bins and recycling facilities now looks like laziness. COVID is well finished but this service is still withdrawn. Its a long way to the bins at the entrance. There is no glass recycling available. Disappointing. Shower block is OK but only 4 showers for ladies. Again 1 shower is closed still for COVID. Lots of surface water when it rains. A drain is needed at the check in because the directed place to park will be in the centre of a large puddle. Not a great start.

Spacious and well kept site and an ideal base for Gower exploring. Some pitches do flood during heavy, and I mean heavy, or sustained rain so you may need to move but we were unaffected thankfully.
