   Rude staff. Went inside today to drop a parcel and lady made me stand there for a few minutes even tho I said hello. I said where can I return the parcel is there a machine to scan. she got annoyed and said to wait. I would have if you said anything to me at the start while you’re counting receipts when I said hello. Very rude and many people in the area say the same. I thought maybe it would be different as I’m Indian too but nope they are just rude to everyone.

   Came here to send 2 yodel parcels. Shop was closed for 15 minutes so waited outside in the rain. The man operating the shop was extremely unfriendly and blatantly rude when he was serving me. Rather than printing each parcels label of separately he printed them off together which caused confusion on my end as to which label belonged to which parcel. He explained that the name was on the label, as I was trying to explain that the name I wrote on the parcel was the buyers username not actual name he became very hostile, told me not to come there and that I was wasting his time. He explained that I could see the number of the barcode in the vinted app, fair enough I didn’t know that, I learned something new. However, his behaviour was very hostile and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to his shop unless they absolutely needed to. I’m in shock, I’ve never had an experience like it before, and I hope I’ll never have an experience like it again!
