   Viktoria Cleaning have been cleaning my house for the past few years. I can’t criticise their work, always being thorough and giving feedback when something in the house needs to be addressed, that I haven’t spotted. Tamas and Viktoria are lovely people and always so courteous. I’ve had cleaners in the past that have frustrated me with good work to start with, declining after time. That doesn’t apply here, the quality is constant. I would highly recommend, but please don’t get too busy so that you no longer want to work with me!

   Not recommended. Not a professional business. Despite the fact I've been using them for weekly cleaning since January and being charged £20/hour for basic cleaning, a couple of weeks ago they didn't show up to their regular cleaning slot without any notice and stopped responding to my messages / calls. So essentially I've been 'ghosted' by Viktoria Cleaning! When I finally managed to get through to them from another number they said that they dropped me as a client because I cancelled too many times while I literally cancelled two times over 4 month period (with advanced notice) as I was going on holiday and wasn't even home. Really have no issue with the fact that they no longer want to work for me but have the common courtesy to say something or at least respond to messages so I can find someone else

   Tamas and Viktoria clean to a very high standard. They do not cut corners and they are careful and respectful of the property. They are reliable and very pleasant people with a strong work ethic. Their prices are highly competitive. I am delighted to have them to clean for me. They come for 12 hours per month and keep my house spotless. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
