   Fantastic service and price when ordering. On the one occasion Royal Mail failed to deliver to the correct address (at no fault of Vapertrails.co.uk) they resent the order with an apology and double checked it got to the correct place. Will continue to order from here.

   Went to buy 10 vapes, to stock up, but they didn’t have that many in stock. So I bought 5 in bulk from here instead of ordering online like I normally do, all vapes were burnt and bad quality. Truly disappointing, won’t be coming back.

The guy in the shop was so helpful and gave me some good options. A great range of juices and flavours available and on top of that, a loyalty card.    First Class! Walked in and there was a gorgeous smell in the air. My vague knowledge didn't matter. The guy knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a bottle of 'Zeusjuice Black Reloaded'. Bought a couple of coils too. Washed, primed and fitted. Very happy. Also, I can take another mod in for the same treatment. This isn't unusual in Biggleswade. I find the service to be exceptional everywhere I've visited. Much appreciated.

   I find it difficult to ask for something that isn't on the menu here. Generally any flavours that I am interested in, they have. I tend to find I walk in with a vague idea of what I want and walk out with exactly what I needed. A little on the pricier side than most other shops but you get what you pay for. In this case, a chance to sit down, great banter and test a few flavours. The service more than makes up for the slight pricier products.
