On the whole a good experience when shopping though staff need to focus on customer and not carry on their heated conversations while serving
Avoid this store at all costs, or always check your receipt. The cashier scammed me for £10, and I just realised at home that she didn't give me a receipt, and it was too late. Do not recommend. This is my first and last time at this shop.
This place is awful to shop in since the staff got headsets. They're constantly gossiping away to someone somewhere else in store about what they were up to at the weekend, what they're having for dinner, screaming with laughter at a joke. Can be heard all round the store, they have no shame and don't even seem to realise the whole store can hear them. Even if you're standing right in front of them at the till, they're chattering away to the voice in their head as if you're not there. Rude as hell, and the whole use of the headsets at this store is immature and unprofessional. They behave like they're at the pub, not at work.
Great range of products but slightly overpriced compared to other local stores.
Service is sometimes very slow during peak hours, otherwise usually quite good. ATM on site. Sometimes pricey, but that's expected in the co-op. Insomnia coffee machine which is pretty good coffee.
Very very rude collum looked like hi is the manager spoke very bad to 1 of the stuff and also then when he asked me for money was again very rude plus not even ask me if I need a recite I shell never go in that shop again grow up boy.
Miserable staff always telling you off or moaning of size of boxes for courier service..not friendly unhelpful and customer services lessons would be a plus!
My husband went to our local coop this morning to get a pack of cig and we all know that they only have it behind the counter, there is no other customer so he went straight to the counter and the staff shout at him of not following the arrow!! But there is no other customer!!! FFS!!! Is that you called good customer service??? And that coop so small , counter location left side of the entrance door... even though my husband didn't walk around she should not shout at him!!! My husband not happy customer, so he said he won’t go back there again
