Popped in to get supper after a very pleasant beer or two at the Kings Arms …. A few steps away … great value haddock and chips and very tasty !!! Throughly recommend both venues !!

It's the wife that's a fan of fish and chips, not me. But that being said, this place is superb. Chips are chunky and not too greasy, and the cod is juicy and falls apart when you touch it. I walked in on a Saturday night, ordered 3 large cod and chips, and walked out 6 minutes later where the fish had been cooked fresh for me. Love the efficiency, and the couple serving are super friendly. I'm sure the wife will send me out for more of this.
Great fish and chip shop. Really good food. Always get a friendly service from the lady owner who has been there years. You can eat in or take away and they have a toilet too.
