I was disappointed with the sizes available, only long and large. Very little if any in size S ladies. Pretty much nothing in size petit. Not all but a few staff members not too helpful, referring to online shopping if customer needs any help.

Placed in order for pickup next day and very late in the evening was told it was delayed. When asked what date I would get it they had no idea. Said the donβt even have it on order. Waste of time and poor customer service.

Unfortunately we had very bad experience today in the Tunbridge wells store (Retail park) . I am a regular customer to that store and the staff was never overly nice but today it was beyond rude. I was shopping with my mum and yes she took a little longer then she should, as you would expect with 70 years old lady . But telling us "the store is now closed, we want you to leave!" was extremely rude. I don't think I will return to that store anytime soon

Never buy a sofa from NEXT! good quality but you may never get it. We ordered a 2 seater snuggle chair, we had to wait 12 weeks, 14 in total as it was over the Christmas period and even then they delivered it two weeks late. All the usual excuses and despite numerous complaints nothing but apologies. We then made an even bigger mistake, we were taken in by all of the excuses about delays in manufacture etc but we still ordered 2 more sofa's and foot stalls with the promise of delivery within 6 weeks. We were MUGGED! more fool us, after 7 weeks they rang and said there would be an additional delay of several weeks. When we complained they said they had one sofa but didn't want to deliver! we insisted they deliver. We waited another 2 weeks for them to arrange a delivery, then they were 4 hours outside of their delivery window, (yes we waited in all day) and they txt to say they were going to be 1 hour late! They rang again and said they were only 2 mins away but couldn't deliver the sofa because it was too heavy (over 100KG) and need a 4 man lift team. Customer services rang the next day and said it would take 72 hours to readmit the sofa to the warehouse and then they would call us to arrange a new delivery date with 4 people. A week later we rang to find out that they have lost the sofa in the warehouse and the sofa has now been re-ordered and would be another 6 weeks!! There is no Manager there that would speak to us or could help. We've spent Β£2,500 on sofas, they took the money 9 1/2 weeks ago, we have one sofa and one chair and they sent us a Β£10 gift voucher by way of compensation. Good products but if you can't carry it away with you, forget it!! When Amazon can deliver the next day, why would you go to NEXT - UNBELIEVABLE, One star is way too generous, needless to say that is the very last NEXT purchase we will be making, don't get mugged - AVOID
