My first visit I attended with my nervous chihuahua, the second visit she was excited when we walked into the main reception and was so confident. She went from being shy and running away to initiating play with other dogs. It’s secure area where dogs can play and socialise off-lead with some agility course obstacles too. The staff are amazing, approachable, very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of fresh water available for the dogs and lots of spray bottles & bags to clean up any dog mess, and it is constantly monitored by staff and the mess is quickly cleaned up. I have to bring my 6yo with me and there’s a little area where she can sit away from all the dogs if it gets too busy. They also have a café but I have not tried it yet.

Our dog Milo loves it here! He's had his puppy classes, play days and day care here and always comes home exhausted and well looked after.

Good except when there's heavy rainfall there is a lot of noise from the rain and this can upset nervous dogs

Brilliant place to bring your dogs. I have 2 rescue greyhounds that can't be excercised off lead because of their high prey drive and Action Petz provide a safe and stimulating environment for them to run around and explore in. The staff are really lovely, friendly and helpful. It is also extremely good value for money and I go regularly every week.

I cannot recommend this place enough! My dog absolutely loves his day care antics here so much so that he drags me through the door every time he visits because he cannot get through that door quick enough! Every member of the team at Action Petz Swansea provide second to none service! They treat my dog (and every other dog that attends) as one of their own. The well-being of the dogs in their care is of paramount importance to the team, and I have been pleased to witness this first hand on many occasions! It is so nice to see a business such as this put the welfare of the dogs before the business’ financial gain. My dog attends day care regularly when I am at work and I am able to leave him there without any worries or concerns because I know the team are taking great care of him! Thank you to all the team at Action Petz Swansea!

If my dog loves it then so do I. He had a great time playing with the other dogs and he also had a great time sitting back relaxing and watching them all play. It's a safe environment to let your dogs run free and you can feel that when you are there. Can't wait to bring boo down again soon and I'm sure boo can't wait either. The staff are so friendly and reassuring. It's a great atmosphere to be in, We love the place 5*
