Awful, rude, unhelpful and disinterested staff. The woman serving me seemed almost smug to tell me I couldn’t return a sale item past 14 days. I’m not sure if she’s aware that it’s in her job description to help. It was a red headed middle-aged woman on the top floor.
Met such a lovely guy today, tall with curly hair. So helpful when returning quite a lot of stuff. Thank you for your patience

Appalling customer service. Staff uninterested. More interested in their nails than anything else
Good variety of clothing. Also stock plus sizes which is a bonus as at times it is hard to find anything to fit. Signal can be a bit dodgy so load the app before you enter for your member card

Nice shop with a relatively good selection, but have hardly anything compared to the website, so hard to get something last minute. Good changing rooms and selections in general though.
I've always enjoyed shopping in H&M. I particularly love the new colours for this season, Autumn 2022, and I was able to get the products that I wanted so it was a very good shopping experience!
