   Do not use this store to send any form of parcels. Obviously the problem is not profitable as I was not purchasing anything from the store but trying to use a service as advertised. Rude member of staff (lady) no customer skills and complete lack of respect for the items as told to leave on the shop floor not even in a secure place. Was told on many occasions system is down even though Yodel confirmed no issues. The store itself will be ok for a pint of milk or anything that puts money in the till but Don't offer a service if it’s not profitable and to much of an inconvenience. Apologies in advance to anyone that doesn’t have the same issue as I highly doubt it as was warned previously. Formal complaint logged with Yodel as it’s there business the store is promoting!!
